Danielle moved to San Francisco in 2013. Just two weeks later, she met Chris on her commute back to the Haight - she didn't even get a chance to try out dating apps before she was taken off the market. Many of you know her by Dani, but she's also lovingly known as: Couch, Fletch, and Cordell. Fun fact: after consistently hearing about Tinder dates, she thought that Tinder was a bar in SF
Groom
Chris moved to San Francisco in 2012. Chris met Danielle on the metro (N Judah line) - she was wearing headphones and Chris asked "what are you listening to?". The rest is history. Fun fact: none of his 11 groomsmen are actually his friends - they're all being paid to be here.
Maid of Honor
Caitlin is Danielle's favorite sister and maid of honor. She lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband Justin (the officiant) and their children. When she's not raising her Wolfe pack, she loves going to Blues baseball games, reggae concerts, and chugging coffee. Fun fact: Caitlin is the most organized person you'll meet - she singlehandedly keeps label-makers in business and has lists for her many lists.
Best Man
Evan went to high school, then college, with Chris. He also got Chris his first post-college job at a catering company, from which Chris was promptly fired. They've been close for about 18 years, and have become important figures in each other's lives. Fun fact: Evan's dream title is "Head" - the department and industry aren't important.
Bridesmaid
Chris' little sister & Danielle's fellow reality TV aficionado, Heather has always lived a few blocks away from them during her time in San Francisco. Heather enjoys surfing, biking, and rock climbing at Planet Granite. Fun fact: Heather has roadtripped across the US to visit national parks, and hopes to see them all one day.
Groomsman
Kenzo has known Chris since middle school. They attended UCSB together for a year before he transferred to the College of Creative Studies in Detroit. He's an artist-turned-developer, and a west coaster-turned-east coaster (for now). Fun fact: his nick name is Pance and/or Crypto Gawd and his car was named Betsy.
Bridesmaid
Becca worked with Chris for several years before meeting Danielle, whom she quickly became very close with. She and Danielle are kindred spirits - they agree on almost everything & often finish each other's sentences. She and Danielle went on a trip to Japan, where Chris also happened to be. What a fun coincidence! Fun fact: she & Danielle will both someday be Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalists.
Groomsman
Chris and Julien met in elementary school and became fast friends. Skateboarding brought them really close. Julien was the best skateboarder in their crew – we expected him to be in street league by now. Fun fact: Chris and Julien were in a band together in high school, along with Julien’s dad and Trevor White. The album is on iTunes if you can find it.
Bridesmaid
Hannah and Danielle met through a few of the fellow Geary friends and instantly hit it off. Hannah and her husband Rich have put in literally hundreds of hours with Chris and Danielle on their respective couches. Hannah & Rich now live in Virginia with their children Owen & Jo, but remain "Fam" to Chris & Danielle. Fun fact: Hannah severed her achilles tendon and was told that she would never run again. Then she proceeded to run 6 half-marathons.
Groomsman
Chris met Rich through his wife Hannah, whom Chris worked with at Geary LSF and then Apple. One 4th of July, they went to Lake Tahoe in a big group, where Chris approached Rich to ask if he was in the market for a new best friend. He was not, but the two became close nonetheless. Chris officiated their wedding. They binge watched every episode of intervention and many other horrible MTV shows together. Fun fact: Rich's favorite member of his family is Gretchen, his feisty cat.
Bridesmaid
Lynne and Danielle met through mutual friends, most of whom are also in the wedding party ;) They spend their Saturdays going to Equinox workout classes, followed by coffee and bopping around the city together. Fun fact: if you're throwing a potluck, ask Lynne to bring the dips (especially the beer cheese).
Groomsman
Kevin and Chris met in middle school, and both went to college in Santa Barbara. Kevin spends his days saving lives on the streets of San Francisco as a paramedic. If you choke during dinner, get his attention. Fun fact: his birthday is on Halloween and he has a twin sister.
Bridesmaid
Courtney met Chris at their first post-college job in San Francisco. They became very close friends, until Courtney met Danielle and they became much closer than Courtney & Chris were. Living just a block away, they spend many girls' nights together, enjoying fine wine & great conversation. The night usually ends with a wagon wheel pizza and a few episodes of Friends. Fun fact: Courtney & Chris have the same birthday, and both eat apple pie rather than cake on their birthdays.
Groomsman
Race and Chris met while working together at an advertising agency in 2012. Race encourages Chris to get sunburned - they climb mountains, go scuba diving, and do multi-sport races together. Fun fact: Race can deadlift the equivalent of a reindeer or an overweight panda bear.
Bridesmaid
Liz has worked with Danielle for 9 years, first as coworkers and now as business partners. They have always been there for one another, and connect on a very deep level. Prior to Danielle moving to the city, she spent most of her time with Liz & her husband Ryan at their house. Fun fact: Liz nearly chaperoned Danielle's first date with Chris. We probably wouldn’t be here if she had.
Groomsman
Jason and Chris have been friends since high school (are you seeing a trend here?). They bonded over music initially, until Chris met Jason's dad Steve. Chris is only friends with Jason to get closer to Steve. Fun fact: Jason is a very talented musician. His favorite artist is Pitbull.
Bridesmaid
Sweet as pie - Toni is a very close friend of Chris & Danielle's. D and Toni first met working together (along with Liz), and have become very special friends. She's the friend who will always have your back and, without any questions, be on your side. She's as loyal and dedicated as they come. Fun fact: Danielle & Toni have matching tattoos on their wrists.
Groomsman
Originally from Idaho, Andrew and Chris became close in middle school, going on ski trips & skateboarding together. Despite living in LA, Andrew always makes an effort to attend birthday parties & other important events with his buddies in the bay area. Fun fact: Andrew lived in Africa and went couch surfing in Sudan. He speaks 5 languages.
Bridesmaid
Janaye is one of Danielle's oldest and dearest friends. They were roommates in their freshman year of college and quickly became inseparable. They lived together throughout college and again for some time when Danielle was trying to move into the city. Janaye typically remembers Danielle's past better than she does, and is the only person to use her lesser-known nickname: Sasha Lucy. Fun fact: Janaye & Danielle had a custom bright pink beer pong table made for their apartment in college.
Groomsman
Evan and Chris are coworkers, where they spend almost all of their time telling each other jokes and almost zero time working. They've gone on lots of adventures together: camping, climbing mountains in the Sierras, doing races, etc. Fun fact: he was literally on SportsCenter.
Bridesmaid
Lisa & Danielle became close friends as Lisa is married to Chris' Best Man, Evan. They live just three blocks away, and the four of them spend a lot of time together talking about life at cozy wine bars and in each other's living rooms. Lisa's passion for improving the world and empathy for the underdog make her a joy to be around. Fun fact: there are only a few overlapping hours of evening hangout time as Lisa & Evan are night owls, while Danielle & Chris must be in bed by 10pm on school nights.
Groomsman
Jonathan and Chris became friends at Matt Wheeler's birthday party when they were in middle school. They then skateboarded together for many years. In high school, Chris slept at Jonathan's house more than he did at home. Fun fact: Jonathan played D1 baseball at USF. Talk to him for 5 minutes and he'll be sure to tell you.
Bridesmaid
Shannon met Danielle through Chris' childhood friend, Jake. They first bonded over their mutual love for Peyton Manning. Shannon & Danielle are both very social and feed off of each other's energy - they love having sleepovers when the boys are out of town. Shannon is a very loyal friend and is always the first to respond "yes" to a group hangout. She can’t ride a bike. Fun fact: Shannon's favorite sport is soccer.
Groomsman
Jake and Chris became friends in elementary school because of a joke that's not appropriate to share here. In fact, none of Jake's humor is appropriate to share here. He is a real-life Happy Gilmore: he played semi-pro hockey for a few years before becoming a golf pro. Fun fact: Jake can play every instrument. His favorite artist is also Pitbull.
Junior Bridesmaid
Laney is Danielle's oldest niece and a very popular big sister to Brady and Bailey. She's an all-around athlete, and enjoys playing softball and soccer at her high school in San Luis Obispo. Fun fact: every year at the beach house in Oceanside, Laney leads the charge to go night swimming.
Officiant
Justin is married to Caitlin, Danielle's sister & Maid of Honor. He's a fun-loving, quick-witted, die hard Padres fan and family man. Say that 5 times fast. Chris & Justin have a similar sense of humor & often feed off of each other. No one enjoys this as much as they do. Chris & Danielle couldn't ask for a better brother-in-law, and are honored to have him officiate the wedding. Fun fact: he dreams of being a star baseball player. In these dreams, since his last name is Wolfe, the crowd starts howling at the moon when he walks up to bat.
Ring Bearer
Maverick is the sweetest young man you'll ever meet. He's the son of Danielle's bridesmaid Toni and her husband Scot, and he's just an absolute joy to be around. He's full of love and lives to fight "bad guys". Fun fact: his favorite songs are "Body Like a Back Road" and "Sunflower" from Spiderman - hearing him sing will melt your heart!
Flower Girl
Brady is one of Danielle's nieces - she's 6 years old and loves playing with her little sister Bailey and with her Elsa dolls. Fun fact: if she could, Brady would exclusively wear her Spiderman pajamas.
Flower Girl
Bailey is the youngest of the Wolfe girls - she's full of charm and energy. She demands to dress herself (usually in a swimsuit), and loves to play with water in the sink "washing". Fun fact: Bailey's favorite singer is Halsey - she'll drop whatever she's doing to dance when a Halsey song comes on.
