Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, August 23rd.

Question

How should I RSVP?How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by visiting the RSVP tab on this website and entering your name in the search box to locate your invitation. Once your invitation appears, please complete all requested questions, including whether you will be attending the Welcome Party and Wedding Day celebrations, or the wedding only. During the RSVP process, you will also be asked whether you booked your stay through our hotel room block and which hotel you booked at. This information will help us finalize our room block confirmations with the hotels. You will also be asked to select your preferred shuttle pick-up location (Vdara or MGM). Transportation to and from the Valley of Fire will be provided from both hotels, with shuttle departure scheduled for 10:00 AM on the wedding day. Guests staying at other hotels are still welcome to use our transportation, but will need to make their way to their selected shuttle pick-up location prior to departure.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations or a hotel block?Do you have any hotel recommendations or a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We recommend staying at either the Vdara Hotel & Spa or MGM Grand. We’ve reserved rooms for our guests at special group rates. Please visit the Hotels page for booking links and additional details. For guests who prefer a more private stay, we also have a selection of recommended Airbnb options available. When booking or inquiring, please mention the Emily Rosinski Wedding. Shuttle transportation will still be available for Airbnb guests — we simply ask that you make your way to one of the designated hotel pickup locations prior to departure time. We hope these options help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable throughout the wedding weekend! If you experience any issues booking within our hotel block, please contact Steven at (650) 490-0259.

Question

What airport should I fly into? What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the closest airport and is located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, our recommended hotels, and the wedding weekend festivities.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided for our guests. Shuttle buses will depart from both the Vdara Hotel & Spa and MGM Grand at 10:00 AM on the morning of the wedding and will return guests to the same pickup location at the end of the celebration. When submitting your RSVP, please let us know which hotel you plan to depart from so we can coordinate shuttle accommodations accordingly. Guests staying elsewhere are still welcome to use the provided transportation, but will need to make their way to their selected pickup hotel prior to departure time.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be ready at your designated shuttle pickup location by 10:00 AM. Shuttle buses departing from the Vdara Hotel & Spa and MGM Grand will depart promptly at 10:30 AM and will not be able to wait for late arrivals. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Valley of Fire is approximately one hour, and we want to ensure everyone arrives with plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors? Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place entirely outdoors in the beautiful natural surroundings of Valley of Fire State Park.

Question

What will the weather be like? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late October in Las Vegas and the Valley of Fire is typically warm, sunny, and dry during the day, with cooler temperatures in the evening. We recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light layer for later in the night if you tend to get cold. Desert weather can change quickly between daytime and evening temperatures, so dressing in breathable layers is always a good idea.

Question

What is the dress code? What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in formal attire inspired by the warm, romantic tones of the desert landscape. We encourage guests to embrace our wedding color palette with shades of orange, pink, yellow and tan. Flowing fabrics and elegant styles that reflect the dreamy spirit of the day are highly encouraged. Gentlemen are welcome to wear classic black suits or tuxedos, as well as other suit colors that complement the overall palette and setting. Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors in the beautiful natural surroundings of Valley of Fire State Park. Please note that the terrain includes sand, gravel, rock, and uneven desert surfaces. We recommend footwear that is both stylish and comfortable for walking outdoors — block heels, wedges, dress boots, and flats are all great options. While we expect warm daytime weather, desert temperatures can cool down in the evening, so guests who tend to get cold may wish to bring a light layer for later in the night.

Question

What should I pack for the weekend? What should I pack for the weekend?

Answer

We recommend packing formal attire for the wedding, cocktail attire for the Welcome Party and after party, comfortable shoes for walking outdoors, swimwear for the pool day, sunglasses, sunscreen, and light layers for cooler desert evenings.

Question

Will there be cell service at the venue? Will there be cell service at the venue?

Answer

Cell service can be limited in certain areas of Valley of Fire State Park. We recommend saving important information, screenshots, addresses, and schedules ahead of time before heading out to the venue.

Question

Will food and drinks be provided? Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! Food and drinks will be provided during our hosted wedding weekend events. Our Welcome Party will include cocktails, drinks, and heavy hors d’oeuvres served in a relaxed cocktail-style setting. On the wedding day, guests will enjoy a variety of food offerings, desserts, and a full open bar featuring beer, wine, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic refreshments throughout the celebration in the desert. Please note that the Welcome Party and Wedding Day are the only hosted events where food and drinks will be provided. Guests attending the after party and pool day festivities should plan to purchase their own food and beverages during those events.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony? Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony and remain fully present with us in the moment. We have professional photographers and videographers capturing everything, so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like throughout the celebration!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding? Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be celebrating all weekend long in Las Vegas and the Valley of Fire. Please visit the Schedule page for the full lineup of events, timing, and additional details for each celebration throughout the weekend. You’ll also be able to RSVP to individual events — including the Welcome Party and Wedding Day festivities — when submitting your RSVP on this website.

Question

Can I drive myself to the wedding venue? Can I drive myself to the wedding venue?

Answer

We strongly encourage all guests to use the shuttle transportation we have arranged for the wedding day rather than driving themselves. Transportation has been carefully coordinated to help keep the day running smoothly, on schedule, and stress-free for everyone attending. Due to the limited space available at our venue and the accommodations required for our vendors, production team, catering, bartending, rentals, and other event operations, there will be very limited room for personal vehicles at Valley of Fire. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to plan on using the provided shuttle transportation whenever possible. Shuttle transportation will depart directly from the Vdara Hotel & Spa and MGM Grand and will return guests back to the same location following the reception.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To help us keep our celebration intimate, only guests whose names are listed on the invitation are included in our wedding events. If a plus one has been extended, their name will appear alongside yours during the RSVP process. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in Las Vegas!

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and are able to enjoy a special weekend celebrating with us. Thank you so much for helping us create the intimate and meaningful day we’ve envisioned — we can’t wait to celebrate together!
