Shuttle

Shuttle service will run from 4:00pm to 4:30pm for the reception on a loop. We will have transportation back to the hotels starting at 8:30pm on a loop through the end of the reception. The shuttle will pick up/drop off on 6th Street next to the Marriott. If you are staying at the Marriott, the best way to access it is to use the lobby exit by Starbucks/Fall Line. If you are staying at the Hilton it is across Broad Street from La Grotta.
Hotel
We will have shuttles to and from the wedding picking up right out front, so it's the most convenient option if you’d like a ride to the festivities. Please book by May 1, 2026 to take advantage of our group rate.

Prefer Hilton? We’ve got you covered! This hotel is directly across the street from the Marriott, where shuttles will be picking up for the reception. Be sure to book by April 29, 2026 to get the group rate.
Flight
If you’re flying in, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is the closest airport. From there, it’s about a 15–20 minute drive (10 miles) to the hotels we have reserved and our venue.
