Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. You must arrive by 3:45 at the latest to ensure you will make it to the ceremony site in time. You may arrive as early as 3:00 to check out the property and purchase a beverage prior to the ceremony.

Is it an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

If you arrive prior to the ceremony at 4:00, there will be a cash bar available to purchase drinks. 4:30-8:30 pm will be an open bar. Open bar ends at 8:30 pm and converts to a cash bar.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

If you booked a room within our hotel block shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Departing the hotel- Please check in and be ready for pickup by 3:15 pm to ensure the shuttle arrives in time for the ceremony. There will only be ONE PICKUP prior to the ceremony. Departing the venue- there will be an early shuttle and a late shuttle following the reception.
