What's Montana weather like in May?

It could be blue skies with a high of 60 or it could be chilly and raining. We suggest checking the 3-day weather forecast before packing your bags. Don't worry, we've got backup ceremony plans for rain or snow!

What does “Mountain Cocktail Attire” look like?

Answer

For men, a suit is perfect. Suit jacket is preferred, tie is optional (bonus points for Bolo ties) but please no jeans. For women, this can be anything from cocktail to evening dresses of any length or dressy separates. The “Mountain” part just reminds you to dress for the elements. Ladies you might pass on the skinny heels and opt for a more sensible shoe like flats or wedges. Part of the wedding ceremony will be outdoors, so bring your sunglasses and pack a shawl or cool leather jacket. We encourage you to check the weather in West Glacier prior to packing for this Memorial Day Wedding Weekend. Pack layers, as the weather can be unpredictable!

While we love little ones, we kindly request an adult-only wedding day. Take the night off and bring your party pants!

Answer

Set your GPS to "Glacier Outdoor Center" with address of 12400 US-2, West Glacier, MT. Be sure to slow down as you get closer, the access road up is easy to miss!

Do I need two tickets to drive Going-to-the-Sun Road inside the park?

Answer

Yes, this is a new process so please read! If you plan to enter Going-to-the-Sun Road via West Glacier entrance (closest to venue), you will need two things; a Park Pass ($35) + Entry Reservation Ticket ($2).
