Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
Guests may fly into either Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO). We’ll be providing complimentary roundtrip transportation between Cancun International Airport and the resort for guests who book through our wedding room block. Guests flying into Tulum Airport will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the resort.

When Should I Arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving by Wednesday or no later than Thursday early afternoon to join us for the Welcome Event and enjoy a full weekend in Mexico with us. Guests are also welcome to arrive earlier or extend their stay to make a vacation out of it! Our room block allows stays between April 12–23, 2027, based on availability.

Can My Kids Attend?
Answer
While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a fun weekend in Mexico.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
Mexico in April will be warm and humid, so we recommend lightweight, vacation-ready attire throughout the weekend. We kindly ask guests to avoid white or overly light neutrals outside of the Welcome Event, where all-white attire is required.

How much is the initial deposit?
Answer
Only $100 per room is required to secure your reservation.

Is there a payment plan option?
Answer
Yes! Guests who select the travel protection/payment plan option will receive an additional 3 months to complete final payment.

What Are The Payment Deadlines?

Without payment plan: Final payment due September 27, 2026. With payment plan: Remaining balance due January 25, 2027

Can I make payments over time?
Answer
Yes! After the initial deposit, guests may make payments toward their reservation at any time before the final deadline.

What does the travel protection include?
Answer
Depending on the option selected, coverage can include (please see booking link for all the info): Cancel-for-any-reason flexibility Travel credits or cash refunds Coverage for delays, interruptions, baggage loss, and medical costs during travel

If I find a better price on another website, can DestinationWeddings.com price match it?
Answer
If you happen to find a lower rate, our Specialist will be happy to review the details and submit a price match request* when applicable, so long as the package is apples to apples (same travel dates, room category, transfers included, etc.) To submit a price match, please email timestamped screenshots to our Specialist at amariana@destinationweddings.com. *Non-refundable and member-exclusive rates are not eligible for price matching. Price matches are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions. Exclusions may apply.
