Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Absolutely! We do request that you include them in your party count if you plan on bringing them.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is casual and comfortable. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the occasion! We are just a bunch of laid back, country people and we hope our reception reflects that. The weather in WV at the end of September can be spotty so check the forecast and plan accordingly! We do recommend warmer clothing if you plan to do camp with us!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. You can also bring your own as well.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are planning with the assumption that most will have a plus one. We request that you ONLY bring a plus one (not including your children. They are always welcome!)

How should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP here, the Facebook event invite, in person or via call or text! For those that received a paper invite, you may rsvp by mailing it back that way as well.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms as most guests live in close proximity to the venue and some are choosing to camp with us; however, we provided some recommendations for accommodations if needed in the surrounding areas under the “Travel” tab!
