Jean is a third grade teacher in Olympia, WA. Holly and Jean met their freshman year at Evergreen and have been best friends ever since. Throughout the last decade they’ve lived together, camped together, sang together, crafted together and supported each other through the different stages and transitions in their lives. Holly officiated Jean’s wedding to her husband Aaron in 2017 and Jean is honored to be Holly’s maid of honor in her wedding to Michael (who she approves of)

One upon a time three crafty ladies lived in a house on Jasmine Street: Holly, Jean, and MaKayla. From nights spent baking to creating chandeliers from broken mirror pieces, from sipping drinks by the fire and sharing homework of binomials and cultures. From marimba playing to caring for cats, rats and guinea pigs. From watching the stars to basking in the monsoon rains of Thailand. These two have graduated, flown across the oceans, and paddled down rivers together. With the warmest of hugs, the tightest of sisterhoods, they build a bond so strong that no amount of time or the distance could weaken their friendship. This is where the adventures of Holly and MaK all began… (MaKayla is an Occupational Therapist in St. Louis and she's killing it)

Lacey is a middle school counselor in southern Washington and part of a big family, 13 brothers and sisters big. Lacey met Holly in 2016 during a Muay Thai training session where a misplaced punch resulted in a chance encounter, the two quickly bonded over their mutual love for the TV show Friends. When Michael entered the picture, Lacey welcomed him with open arms. Lacey cherishes Michael's kind and compassionate nature. Now, as Lacey prepares to stand by Holly's side as a bridesmaid on her wedding day, she can't help but feel grateful for the friendships that have shaped her life.
