What's the dress code

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable and have fun. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and reception will be inside. Casual dress is appropriate for this event however I do ask that you wear your church jeans if wearing jeans.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We have decided on a BBQ menu. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergens, please let us know at the time of your RSVP so that we may plan for any needs appropriately.

Can I bring an extra guest

Answer

While we would love to extend our invitation to many more we have kept our celebration to a set number to stay within our venue capacity and provide comfort for guests. If you are wanting to add a guest, please reach out to Holly or Harley directly to ensure we stay within our limit.

Are children allowed

Answer

We have decided to open our celebration to children as we both believe that family is very important and sharing our celebration with the younger family generation is a priority. We do ask that you please make sure that your children are watched over as we do not want any accidents to occur. We do also ask that in the event that your child gets fussy or loud during the ceremony, or other scheduled events that you do remove them to the back of the seating so that they is no disruption.

Are phones allowed

Answer

We will be having a videographer and photographer for the duration of the celebration. While you can have your phone for taking pictures and videos we do ask that you at no time during the wedding ceremony enter the aisle space to allow for our cinematic team to get the shots and angles that we have requested.
