We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us on our special day! We are requesting a cocktail attire dress code for our evening. Please, do not wear white.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. This includes only children who are listed on the invitation.
We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Look for signage directing guests to the parking lot! Event staff will guide parking to allow for the ability for each guest to safely leave when they desire. It is a dirt parking lot and does not have the divots that a field would have, it is flat. Parking is free for all guests!
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will also be outdoors on the patio and lawn. The reception will be inside the barn, but guests will have access to the patio, deck, lawn, and fire pit during the reception.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #happilyevereaster so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures on-site for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the patio where we will be serving light appetizers and beverages.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. A school bus will arrive at Tru by Hilton Concord at 3:45 for pickup. A school bus will arrive at Best Western Concord at 3:55 for pickup. Guests will arrive at the wedding by 4:15. There will be two shuttle times back to both hotels. One at 10pm and one at 11pm.
