Buses to the Ceremony Hilton Garden Inn Auburn | Boarding: 2:30pm – 2:40pm Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes Region | Boarding: 2:50pm – 3:00pm Mirbeau Inn & Spa | Boarding: 3:20 pm – 3:35pm Sherwood Inn (Ideally out front but may and need to be on Hannum Street) | Boarding: 3:15pm – 3:30pm Buses leaving the Reception Stops will be made at all 4 pick up locations First Bus Boarding | 9:00pm - 9:15pm Final Bus Boarding | 10:15pm – 10:30pm

This is an adults-only wedding, with the exception of kids who are in the wedding party. We hope all of you hard working parents can enjoy a night out! If you need a local babysitter recommendation, please reach out to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. You can leave your car overnight if needed.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle to the ceremony and to return at the end of the night. It will stop at central locations at or near the hotels. We will confirm the route closer to the date.

What is Garden Formal?

Answer

Think typical formal attire: suits and ties, and midi or floor length dresses. Now imagine you are headed to a garden party! We encourage festive colors and patterns - especially florals. Bridesmaids will be in white, so any other color is perfect for you to wear. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on a combination of patio and grass - maybe think twice about wearing your stilettos. Besides, you want to be able to dance the night away! Confused?
