Bridesmaid
Penelope has been one of my dearest friends over the past few years. We met at a Knitting Circle sitting, and yes, knitting around a wood stove in a yurt. She is a true soul sister to me and has so effortlessly and compassionately "held space" for me over the years. Penelope is one of those people who instantly makes you feel at ease, loved and ready to dance it out!
Bridesmaid
Michele and I also met at Knitting Circle and bonded over sharing stories and being on similar paths in life. She is one of the strongest women I have ever known. She has been aunty to the kitties and has put so much love into Basil, Wormy and D. I couldn't imagine life without her.
Groomsman
Shawn and I met years ago at a bike shop and quickly became friends. We bonded thru riding bikes regularly and being roommates for a while. Eventually we moved to different states but despite our busy lives, we check in as often as we can and pick up right where we left off. Shawn has always been a good example of what intentional friendship looks like.
Groomsman
Jerry and I met about 5 years ago and became roommates soon after. I quickly became a part of his family, living with him and his two daughters, Paige and Abby. Jerry is one of the most creative people I know, constructing anything he puts his mind to. One of the things I admire most about Jerry is how deeply he cares for his friends and especially his family. He has been there for me on more than one occasion and I'm stoked to have him stand beside me at our wedding.
