Located just over an hour and a half away from Portland, Cannon Beach is the closest part of the Oregon coast. We definitely recommend seeing the Pacific Ocean if you've never been out there!

Tide pools! Go see some of the marine life here in the PNW - just make sure to check when low tide is.

Mt Hood isn't just a mountain, it's a (potentially active) volcano! There are lots of hikes and scenic areas to check out. If you're a horror movie fan, you can go see Timberline Lodge that was featured in The Shining!
