Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens 750 Meadowlark Gardens Ct, Vienna, VA 22182 The ceremony will be on an outdoor patio (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. Guests will be allowed to explore the gardens during cocktail hour and all paths are paved. The Atrium is wheelchair accessible. Parking is free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, buses will be leaving the hotel at 4:00pm to go to the venue. At the end of the night shuttle service will begin every half hour starting at 9:00pm.
