Bus Transportation to Ceremony

September 16, 2022 1:45 pm - 5:00 pm

For bus transportation to the ceremony, please meet in the Mount Washington Hotel lobby at 1:45pm. The buses will depart at 2:00pm sharp. Otherwise, for those taking their own cars, there is ample parking space in the parking lot behind the church. All Saints Catholic Church is about a 35 minute drive from the Mount Washington Hotel.

Mount Washington Resort Shuttle

September 15, 2022 9:00 am - 1:00 am

The resort shuttle runs between the Mount Washington Hotel, Bretton Arms Inn, the Bretton Woods Townhomes and the Bretton Woods Ski Area all weekend. The resort shuttle can be used to get to and from both the Welcome Party on Thursday and the Base Lodge Bash on Saturday for those staying on property. For those staying in a Bretton Woods Townhome, please have a member of your group reach out to Patrick at pgill@mcc-gill.com to provide your townhome address in order for the resort shuttle to service your location. To request a shuttle ride, call 603-278-1000 and press 0. Ask the operator for resort shuttle service from your current location to your desired destination. *For those staying off the resort, please do not plan on relying on Ubers, Lyfts, or Cabs*

We have a discounted block of rooms at the main hotel for those who would like to stay right where the reception will be held! Please click on "View" below to complete your online reservation at the discounted rate or call 1-800-843-6664 and reference the Holdridge/Gill wedding. Reservations need to be completed by Monday, August 1, 2022 in order to receive the discounted rate. A two-night minimum stay is required.

The Townhomes at Bretton Woods

Check out The Townhomes at Bretton Woods which could be a good option for those looking to share a rental with friends/family. Visit the Bretton Woods website for more information, however we recommend checking Airbnb or VRBO for townhome rentals. Resort shuttle will service the Bretton Woods Townhomes for easy transportation to and from the main hotel.
