Where can I find details on accommodations and room blocks?
Answer
We have blocks of rooms at a discounted rate at both the Mount Washington Hotel and the Bretton Arms Inn. Please check out the Travel tab on this website for full details on accommodation options. The Holdridge/Gill room block discount is available until August 1st...book early!

When should I book lodging?
Answer
If you plan to attend, we recommend booking your lodging ASAP. September in the White Mountains, and particularly the Mount Washington Hotel, will be sure to be fully booked. The Holdridge/Gill room block discount is available until August 1st...book early!

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 16th, 2022.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP to the individual weekend events right on the wedding website under the RSVP tab! When RSVPing online, please make sure to make your dinner selection for Friday night. Alternatively, you can RSVP and make your dinner selection via the reply card that you will receive with your invitation in the mail. (You do not need to do both)

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Where does the Mount Washington Resort Shuttle service run?
Answer
The resort shuttle runs between the Mount Washington Hotel, the Bretton Arms Inn, the Bretton Woods Townhomes and the Bretton Woods Ski Area. The resort shuttle can be used to get to and from the Welcome Party on Thursday and the Base Lodge Bash on Saturday for those staying on property. For those staying in a Bretton Woods Townhome, please have a member of your group reach out to Patrick at pgill@mcc-gill.com to provide your townhome address in order for the resort shuttle to service your location. To request a shuttle ride, call 603-278-1000 and press 0. Ask the operator for resort shuttle service from your current location to your desired destination. *For those staying off the resort, please do not plan on relying on Ubers, Lyfts, or Cabs*

Where is the wedding ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony is at All Saints Catholic Church which is approximately a 35 minute drive from the Mount Washington Hotel. There is ample space to park in the parking lot behind the church although we do recommend carpooling.

Of course! Food will be provided at all of the wedding weekend events. Please make sure to make your dinner selection for Friday night when RSVPing online!

Answer
The closest major airport is Boston Logan Airport (2.5 hour drive) There are two regional airports in the area as well: Manchester-Boston Regional (1:45 drive) Portland International Jetport (2 hour drive)
