When is the RSVP deadline?

Both the welcome party and wedding RSVPs are due no later than July 19th, 2026.

What is Formal Attire? (Wedding Dress code)
Answer
For Women: Formal attire typically includes floor-length or midi dresses in refined fabrics such as chiffon, satin, crepe, silk blends, or tulle, which provide elegance and movement suitable for the occasion. Jumpsuits or dressy separates are also acceptable alternatives, offering a modern and stylish option. Avoid casual fabrics like cotton, jersey, or linen, and never wear white or ivory. For Men: Men should wear a well-fitted dark suit with a crisp button-down shirt and a tie. (Tie can be optional)

What is cocktail attire? (Welcome party dress code)

Can we bring our young children?

As much as we love the little ones, this will be a mostly adult affair. Only certain teens and some exceptions have been made on the guestlist. Please coordinate to have a babysitter so you can fully enjoy!

Is everyone invited to the welcome party the night before?
Answer
Yes! All guests are welcome to come, and our website RSVP has a section for this. So please make sure to mark both events with your attendance answer. We understand that not everyone in the surrounding area will want to drive into town two nights in a row, but we are excited to celebrate with you on either or both days!

If not already stated on your invitation, we sadly cannot extend more invites due to capacity.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
Charlotte Douglas airport. Please pick what flights work best for you. All hotels mentioned on the travel page have shuttles to and from the airport, please reach out to your hotel for more questions.

Is there shuttle transportation?
Answer
Yes, the Hilton charlotte airport hotel will have shuttles to the wedding venue. Please check back in closer to the wedding time for a schedule. Also each hotel listed has shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Just call the hotel you book for more information.

What can we expect with food and drinks?
Answer
Both events will feature buffets and open bars (non-alcoholic drinks too)! There will be a variety of options to satisfy everyone!

Indoor or outdoor wedding?
Answer
This wedding will be majority indoors with A/C, yay! There is a beautiful outdoor space in the back of the venue we will have full access to throughout the evening.

Where should I park?
Answer
Both venues for welcome party and the wedding have parking lots! Ubering is encouraged for locals and others staying at different hotels in the area. The hotels listed on our website are all within walking distance of the wedding venue and a short uber ride to the Welcome party.

Will there be dancing?
Answer
Absolutely! We’ll be playing a mix of wedding favorites, throwback hits, today’s hits, and plenty of dance floor classics throughout the night. Expect everything from crowd favorites and familiar line dances like the Cha Cha slide to the songs that made middle and high school dances unforgettable.
