Jenna & Cody

    Our Story
    Wedding Party

Wedding Party

Meet our Wedding Party Peeps!

Courtney Shepherd

Matron of Honor

Courtney and I met in our undergraduate degree in our Research Methods course (first required course in our degree). We knew OF each other before we even met (She is Collin's (groomsmen) sister). Fate took a hold of our lives and had us sitting at the same table in RM. We did our cute-kiddy name cards that Dr. M (our favorite professor) made us put together. I saw her name (both first and last) and I said, " Courtney.... Courtney.. Moore?" She said yeah in the most creeped out but nice way. Then, I told her I was dating Cody. AND that's all folks! Friends ever since. My go-to, real MVP, advice-giver, shoulder to "cry" on (even though she is the more emotional of the two of us), she tells me EXACTLY what I need to hear regardless if its what I WANT to hear. She's the best. End of story.

Ty Werenka

Best Man

Reeeeeeeee! First, roommate. Then, friend. Ty has been our roommate along with his girlfriend, Maren for a couple of years. He always keeps life interesting and is always willing to put aside his responsibilities to screech with us about our shitty days to make us feel better (I'm sure you will hear him screech at the wedding, hahaha). Never a dull moment in the Hofman, Naifeh, Werenka, Watkins household!

Jacobi Mecredy

Bridesmaid

Jacobi and I met at Pizza Hut. She was both Cody and I's Assistant Manager for sometime and eventually became my boss. I went three months of being "unemployed" just to wait for her to get her own store so I could work directly for her. My nickname for her is Jacobs and we always have had fun times together and made Pizza Hut FUN and bearable!! ;) Jacobs and I are one of the best examples of friends because we have worked food together and THAT my friends.... shows peoples TRUE colors. She is super nice (sometimes too nice, especially to customers haha), hates mean people, and likes tacos. Cannot get better than that, peeps. Jacobs is awesome! She is also married to Michael (groomsmen). ----->

Michael Mecredy

Groomsman

Biscuits and gravy. Kanye West. Don't yell (some of his signature sayings or trademarks). Michael was first both Jenna and I's boss at PH, but simultaneously became a great friend. Michael is someone who knows our true colors. We worked together for years, probably everyday. You truly get to know people when working with them 24/7. He is a great part of our circle. He is also married to Jacobi (bridesmaid). <-------

Jaycee Landon

Bridesmaid

Jaycee (pictured with her husband, Matt and daughter, Payton) and I met during high school and quickly became inseparable! This chick is my main squeeze and "Bubble-Butt". Jaycee and I went through some real highs and lows together. She is my ride or die. Without her, high school would have been such a drag and definitely boring. She was always the friend that had my back no matter what and would stick up for me, no questions asked. She is the LIFE of the party ;) at least she was back then hahahah just kidding Jayce! She has always been someone I can be my complete self with. There is no judgment and we just have fun together; like I said LIFE of the party! But we never partied before we were allowed to, of course ;) #CincodeMayo #attheNaifehhouse

Spencer Newbolt

Groomsman

Spencer is my longest friend! I met him on the bus headed to school. We were instant buds. We game together, do car stuff together, and participate in constant shenanigans with one another. We communicate mainly by memes and gifs (not jifs, people). I try my best, but he is the god of memes. No one can beat him. He also worked with both Jenna and I at State Street PH.

Savannah Murphy

Bridesmaid

Oh, Savannah... where to begin???! Well , she is my longest friend! Savannah (pictured with her husband, Kolton and daughter, Emberly) and I met in the 3rd grade! My family had been relocated to Idaho Falls and I started school at Tiebreaker Elementary. Savannah and I met over a crayon. Yes, a crayon. I cannot remember who borrowed and who asked for one, but I do remember the color of the crayon. It was blue. A lifelong friendship starting with a tiny crayon. A friendship as long as ours has seen some drama and bumpy roads, but has stayed intact and ongoing. I have SO many memories with her. From walking around the corner from my house to get to hers, 4th of July, countless sleepovers, Just Dance, sprinklers, car rides, silver Ford Escort.... the list can go on and on!

Collin Moore

Groomsman

I met Collin (Shorty) shortly after meeting Spencer, as they are brothers. It wasn't long until we became the three best friends that anyone can have. Shorty also worked with us at State Street PH. I will never forget the day where he came back from a delivery and his car was in the middle of the parking lot (he forget to pull the e brake, hahaha). He is typically the life of the party, tons of fun. BTW, he is quite good on the pole. Yeah, the stripper pole. Jenna has video of him when we all went out to Fatty's one night (ask her if you want to see).

Audrey Naifeh

Bridesmaid

Audrey is my sister-in-law (formal title), I just call her my sister. She is married to my oldest brother, Justin (shown in picture). They have my two adorable nephews, Channing and Carson (the CUTEST kiddos on the planet of Earth). I am so lucky to have a sister like Audrey in my life. She is kind and warm; a little frisky and sassy ;) but that is just a couple of reasons as to why we love her and she fits into the Naifeh fam so well. She is the best momma to my nephews and best wife to my brother!

Jeremy Olson

Groomsman

Uncle Jeremy is one of the best uncles a nephew can have. He lives in North Dakota, but he comes up once a year so we can hit the slopes together. He skies, while I snowboard. Of course, we always have to get some sushi while he is here, too (not a lot of good sushi places in Valley City, ND). He is always so much fun to hang out with and we always look forward to him visiting!

Kyle Schneider

Groomsman

"MY BOY" (Cody and Kyle's nickname for each other). We met Kyle at State Street Pizza Hut. He is actually the one who trained Cody on how to make pizzas. Kyle was part of our "State Street Crew", along with Michael (groomsmen) and Jacobi (bridesmaid). State Street PH is where it all began for Cody and I; this place is a special place for us and Kyle, Michael, and Jacobs (Original State Street Crew) only made it better (most nights, of course hahaha).

For all the days along the way
