While not required, masks are requested. Unfortunately we are beginning to see a spike is positive cases. The Bride and Groom will have masks available at the door and wish to keep this event, long over-due though it may be, as safe as possible.
If you are sick or test positive for covid please stay home. Your health matters to us and to everyone else.
This will be a fragrance free event. We ask that all guests to not wear any perfume, cologne, body mists, and lavender . Nicole & John suffer through horrible migraines from fragrance. We also have guests who are very sensitive to the scents as well.
Please arrive 15-30 mins prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.
Please RSVP by September 18th.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guests counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!
As this is a Halloween themed wedding we encourage our guests to come in costume. If you do not feel comfortable in costume then Semi-Formal is just fine. Please note that children will be at our wedding.
Yes kids are welcomed and it wouldn't be a Halloween wedding without them. However, childcare is not available on site.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invite. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you rsvp. Thank you for understanding!
