Are children allowed?

Answer

We ask that you leave children 2-10 years old at home. Children under two years of age are welcome if approved on invite, but we ask that you step to the back of the venue during the ceremony as the corridor does echo. Also see the “plus one” section for more information.

Can I bring a ‘plus one’?

Answer

Not everyone will be able to bring a +1. You will be notified upon invite if you are able to invite a guest. Our venue only seats 30 so we ask you leave your significant other and children at home unless specifically stated otherwise on your invitation. Please refer to the previous FAQ if you are wondering more about children.

Is there a theme or dress code?

Answer

See the image at the top of the page for the color palette!! Men: Button up or Polo shirt with dress pants and dress shoes. No gym shoes, pants/jeans, jorts, or t-shirts. Women: Think summer- sundresses, long flowy skirts, blouses, flats or heels. Business casual will also be accepted. No jeans, stripper heels, or t-shirts. Will housing be covered by the bride and groom?

Answer

A select few guests are able to stay at the AirBnB free of charge due to limited space. Guests staying on the property will be notified upon invite. If you are looking for reasonable housing accommodations, please refer to the hotel section of this website for nearby hotels that fit various budgets!

Will there be alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be provided and free of charge. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided and placed in separate cups to identify. All adults invited are over the age of 21, so please drink responsibly as no one wants to look after you or clean your puke.

Will there be food?

Answer

Food and snacks will be provided after the ceremony at the AirBnB. Please do not bring outside food into the venue. Water bottles are okay but be aware that there will be hydration stations available at all times.

If you are joining us for celebration at the AirBnB, please pack: - lake and pool gear/outfit - BABY BLUE shirt/dress/outfit

How long is the event?

Answer

In total, we will celebrate for 3 nights. This will be time to enjoy family from out of state and a small vacation away from home. You are not required to stay for the entirety of the events if you do not choose to. A schedule is provided on the website so you may adequately plan on which events to attend.
