The ceremony will begin promptly at 1PM. Please arrive at least 20-25 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding a seat.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, with easy outdoor access at the reception.
We will not be providing shuttle service. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the venues. Ride-sharing/taxis are extremely limited in Estes Park. The YMCA is a short drive (approx. 15-20 minutes) from the church and ceremony in Estes Park. Parking is readily available on campus for our reception guests.
We request Semi-Formal attire. Think modest dresses, suits, blazers and slacks, or “Sunday Best”.
September weather in Estes Park can be highly variable! We recommend checking the weather ahead of time and bringing layers. As the locals say, "if you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes".
At an elevation of 7522, Estes Park sits much higher than where many of our guests call home. Between this and the added dry mountain air, it is highly recommended to drink plenty of water. More than you would think is necessary is the best suggestion we can provide! Please be mindful of wildlife as September is Elk Rut season and aim to stay at least 50 yards away.
We are so excited to celebrate with you! To keep our event intimate and within the venue's capacity, we kindly ask that only the guests explicitly named on your invitation and RSVP link attend.
Absolutely!
If you plan to stay in or around downtown, be aware that parking can be limited, especially during the day. Estes Park has a free summer shuttle service that operates around town, including some stops near major lodging areas.
