Question

Does the Hilton provide free transportation to and from the airport and to Mall of America?

Answer

Yes, it is available for hotel guests and by reservation only. Have your travelers call directly to 952-893-9500 to make airport pick-up reservations. They will need to supply their full name, flight information, and cell #. If wanting to head to the MOA, just stop at the desk and set up their reservation with timing to and from.

Will there be alcohol served at the reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a complimentary champagne pour at dinner for all guests over the age of 21, as well as a cash bar that will be open throughout the evening. There is also a bar through the hotel where guests can relax and purchase beverages.

Will there be gluten free or meal accommodations?

Yes. Please email me at lhoffer150@gmail.com and let me know the accommodations you need, along with what meal you are selecting. I will let our chef and venue know your needs.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear dressy casual to formal attire for our ceremony and reception. Women are welcome to attend our wedding in a summer dress, dressier skirt with a nice top, or an elevated pantsuit with a nice pair of shoes. Gentlemen are welcome to wear a dress shirt with slacks, and you may attend with or without a suit coat and tie. We know it can be warm in August. Both the church and reception venue are air conditioned.
