What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

We’re hosting a sleek and chic celebration, and we need YOU to bring the vibe! Rock your most fabulous all-black attire—whether it’s classy, bold, or totally badass. Ladies: Shine in a gorgeous black dress, jumpsuit, or pantsuit—whatever makes you feel like the queen you are. Gentlemen: Keep it sharp with black tuxes, suits, or slacks for a more casual vibe. Pair with a white or black shirt to complete the look. (Tie is optional!) Let’s slay in style and celebrate love, laughter, and happily ever after together

Plus One Policy

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest friends and family! To keep things intimate, we’ve carefully considered our guest list. If a plus one is included for you, their name will be listed on your RSVP page. If not, we hope you’ll understand that this means your invitation is for you only. Thank you for your understanding as we create a meaningful and personal celebration. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for the ceremony to take place outdoors, weather permitting. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be hosted on the outdoor patio and in a glass-enclosed pergola—a perfect spot to mingle and enjoy the fresh air. For dinner and dancing, we’ll move inside to our temperature-controlled venue, where the celebration will continue in comfort and style. Please keep this in mind when choosing your attire.

Are there hotels near by?

Answer

There are many hotels nearby for your convenience. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott near Winchester Hospital for the weekend. To book under our block, please go to the travel section of the website. We look forward to celebrating with you!

The venue has plenty of parking including handicap access parking is needed!

Ceremony Timing

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM, so please plan to arrive 30+ minutes early to ensure you're settled and ready to go before we start. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has begun, we kindly ask that you wait until the wedding party and bride have finished their entrances before finding a seat. This will allow everyone to fully enjoy the moment.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to please keep their phones away during the ceremony. A professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every special moment, and we want everyone to be fully present and engaged in the ceremony, not distracted by their phones. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to sharing this unforgettable moment with you!

Will there be an open bar?

Our venue is very laid-back and allows us to provide our own alcohol, so we’ll be serving a selection of beer, wine, and batch-made cocktails throughout the night. We encourage everyone to have a good time but please drink responsibly and stay safe as we celebrate together!

To keep our celebration intimate, only select children are invited to the wedding, and their names will be included on the RSVP.

We’re excited to have a Pasta Bar provided by Olive Garden for our wedding! It’s a delicious and customizable experience for all of our guests. Here’s what you can look forward to: Pastas: Spaghetti & Fettuccine Sauces: Alfredo, Meat Sauce, & Marinara Toppings: Grilled Chicken, Meatballs, & Italian Sausage And of course, enjoy Olive Garden's famous salad and fresh-baked breadsticks—the perfect accompaniment to your meal. We hope you’re as excited as we are for this delicious spread!
