This is a casual, "if-you're-already-here" cash bar event to kick off the weekend for all wedding attendees!
Happy Hour is 4-7PM at the Tropicana Bar in the Lobby of La Concha Key West.
4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
This event is a sunset cruise for all wedding attendees. Please wear cocktail attire.
There will be food, cocktails, and entertainment. We request people to arrive at 4:30, as the cruise will begin promptly at 5 PM. NOTE: Suggestion to guests to uber to the marina area, there is street parking, but may not be readily available. It may be a bit chilly out on the water in the evening. There is inside seating as well as above board areas to enjoy the waterfront views. We can't wait to see you there!
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Formal Attire
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 PM. Please arrive between 5:45-5:55 PM. There is a trolley that will be going to the Hampton Inn and La Concha hotel to bring guests to the venue area - Be in the lobby at 5:20 PM if you would like to ride the trolley. It arrives at 5:30. If you are staying at Thompson House, be outside at 4:00, pickup is at 4:05PM. The entire event will be outdoors, suggestion to the ladies to wear block heels for comfort. Additionally, there will be a babysitting service for children at the La Concha after the Ceremony. Please let Daniel or Emily know if you'd like to use this service.
9:00 am - 11:00 am
This is a casual pass-through event on your way out of town for all wedding attendees. Travel/Leisure clothing is acceptable.
There will be coffee and light bites for pick up or eat there as you check out of the hotel.
