From Wedding, to After Party, to Hotel

After the wedding and reception, we have transportation set up for all guests. Our reception ends at 9pm, so we have planned to head to a lakeside bar to have an after party. There will be two trolleys coming at the end of the reception. One trolley will only make one trip that goes straight back to the hotel. The other trolley will be transporting guests to our after party, then coming to collect any guests that are still left at the venue (if needed). After this, there will be 4 trips from the after party back to the hotel (10pm, 11pm, 12am, and LAST RIDE back is at 1am). We wanted to do this so everyone could enjoy our wedding day, drink as much as they want, and have a safe ride to the hotel at the end of the night! If you choose to drive your own car, that is completely fine, there is a ton of parking at the venue. Uber/Lyft are also an option, but Salisbury is not a huge town, so I am unaware of how much success you will have with those options. If you choose to drive to the venue and take the provided transportation back to the hotel, it is perfectly fine to leave your car there overnight. Just be sure to come back and get it promptly in the morning as they have another wedding the following day.

We have a block of rooms at two different hotels right next door to each other. The block for both hotels is open for Thursday and Friday, for those that want to come in to town on Thursday. If you would prefer to go through a third party site such as booking.com because you can find a cheaper rate, please do so. The block gives a discount from the original posted price on the hotel's website! When you click the “view” button, it will take you to the link that is associated with our blocked off rooms!
