When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31st in order for our vendors to make proper arrangements.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Bright, airy colors are encouraged.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a designated parking lot just before you reach the venue, listed as “Weymouth Parking.” Please park here—transportation to the ceremony site will be provided. Be sure to arrive early so you have plenty of time to park and catch the ride over!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in the garden. Dinner will be served inside the cabin and reception will resume outside under the tent.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, we are keeping the celebration limited to the children of our families. We hope you understand and can enjoy a well-deserved night out as we celebrate together!

Have you reserved a block of rooms?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Delta Hotels in Ashland. Please mention Behrens/Hoback wedding while booking. Other accommodations listed under Travel tab. We recommend to book ASAP as there are multiple events occurring within same weekend.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar with a selection of beer and wine during cocktail hour and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Please plan accordingly as we are not offering transportation services. Vehicles also are not to be left on property past 11pm. Local cabs, Uber, and/or other public services may be available if needed.
