Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is casual western. Feel free to wear sundresses, cowboy boots, jeans, hats, or anything that feels comfortable and fits the vibe!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so happy you’ll be joining us for our wedding! As much as we’d love to include everyone’s guests, our celebration is limited to those listed on the invitation due to space. We truly appreciate you understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, a few listed: -The Edith Hotel -Spa Hot Springs Motel & Tenderfoot Cabins -Conestoga Campground & RV Park There is also space at the venue site for pop-up tents and campers just no hook-ups.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Please let us know your food allergy and we’ll make sure the catering team is aware and can accommodate you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged transportation to and from the Edith Hotel to the ceremony/reception site so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about driving. There will be a couple of shuttles going to and from. The venue is about 34 minutes from White Sulphur Springs.
