Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Question

Is the event outside or indoors? Is the event outside or indoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we plan on having the ceremony outside (on grass!) to take advantage of the beautiful location, followed by an indoor cocktail hour (patio seating available if weather is nice) and reception. There is plenty of space to move everything indoors if needed, but prepare to be outside for the ceremony as long as it’s not raining or snowing- even if it’s chilly (down to as low as 50 degrees)!

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal, semi-formal or cocktail attire recommended. We suggest men wear a suit in any color or dress shirt with a tie or comparable, and women wear a mid, knee, or full-length dresses or a cocktail dress or similar. No jeans please. Wear your dancing shoes so we can see you boogie on the dance floor all night long!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be one large coach bus to transport guests from the Hilton Garden Inn in Kimberly to the wedding venue in Brillion for the ceremony, and later, several runs coming back from the venue to the hotel after dinner and dancing.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception? Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue for the whole evening, and a shuttle at multiple times back to the hotel. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight if you decide to take the shuttle bus back to the hotel!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know as early as you can to allow time for menu changes- there is also a question about this when you RSVP and the chef IS able to make accommodations.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location? Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm at the venue, followed by a cocktail hour and the full reception.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Each invitation is addressed to the specific individuals that are invited and, if applicable, a guest. Due to venue limitations and the amount of amazing guests we have, if there is not a “and guest” explicitly stated on the invitation, we have not accounted for a plus one. Please reach out if you are unsure!

Question

What time should I leave the hotel/arrive at the ceremony? What time should I leave the hotel/arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. The coach bus from the hotel will leave at 3:00pm, and there is only one trip scheduled to take everyone TO the venue. If you miss the bus, you can drive yourself to the venue and leave your car overnight if needed.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol/flask/bottle?Can I bring my own alcohol/flask/bottle?

Answer

NO. The venue does not allow ANY carry-in’s of any kind, and there is a $2,000 fine EACH time any outside alcohol is spotted. So rather than pay us $2,000 at our wedding, leave the flask/bottle at home!
