FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st, 2027

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all our guests—including parents—a night of relaxation and uninhibited celebration, our wedding will be an strictly adults-only occasion. We respectfully request that no children or infants attend. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress up with us for our special day! The attire for our wedding is formal. An Invitation to Wear Black: To help us bring our modern, high-contrast wedding vision to life, we warmly encourage—but do not require—our guests to wear elegant attire in shades of black. A Note on White: We kindly and respectfully request that guests entirely avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, or any light shades that resemble white. For men, this includes a dark suit or tuxedo with or without a tie. For women, a floor-length gown, an elegant evening dress, or a chic cocktail knee length to midi-dress is preferred.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the capacity limits of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your formal wedding invitation. When you go to the RSVP tab on this website and enter your name, the system will clearly show if a guest or plus-one has been reserved in your honor. We thank you for your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM to ensure you can mingle, find a seat, and enjoy the pre-ceremony music.

Question

Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be exchanging our vows outdoors on the beautiful terrace. If Central Ohio autumn weather changes our plans, the ceremony will be held comfortably indoors inside the fireplace room.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Estate offers ample, free on-site parking directly in front of the building. You are welcome to leave your car overnight if you choose to take a safe ride home, provided it is picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras remain put away and on silent until the ceremony concludes. We have hired an incredible photographer to capture this moment, and we promise to share those photos with you later! However, you are completely free (and highly encouraged) to take as many photos and videos as you like during the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

What happens between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin on the patio and inside the indoor foyer. Guests can enjoy signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres while the wedding party takes photos.
