Optional event! Casual attire, light snack & beverage provided. We’ll be at OpenTap from 7:30–9:30 PM and hope to see you there! We will have the upstairs Treehouse Mezzanine reserved so please say you are with the Newell/Hill party upon entrance. Extra food and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar!

Ceremony & Reception

Please dress in formal (black tie optional) attire. You will be walking on both grass and gravel, so choose your shoes accordingly!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Transportation is provided to and from the venue. Guest shuttle to the venue departs Aloft Hotel at 3:45pm, no additional shuttle after the 3:45pm departure time. Shuttle after the reception will drop guests off at the AC Hotel. If you decide to drive to the venue there is parking, but the roads to the venue will be blocked off and CLOSED 10 minutes before the start of the 5pm ceremony. Please plan accordingly! It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the venue from the Ballantyne area.
