Lake Austin Activities

If you are interested in joining us for kayaking/paddle boarding on lake Austin on Saturday, please call Peace Paddle at 512-839-5510 to reserve what you need! Tell them you are with the Mike and Jess wedding group. Costs to rent are listed on their website peacepaddling.com and a cash payment is preferred the day of (tips to staff are welcome). They have a 24-hour cancellation policy or they will charge 50% of the cost for the day. Parking is at 1206 Summit Edge Drive/Austin, TX. The staff will meet you and transport you to the water with the equipment. 2 porta potties are located at the launch site.

If you would like to join us for a night in downtown Austin, we will be checking out some places on Rainey Street and 5th street. We will start at Craft Pride (craftprideaustin.com) for beer and pizza around 6:00. You can pay to park on the street, 382 parking, or at the Premier Parking Camden parking garage. Let's all make sure we Uber or arrange for a DD!
