Our wedding will be held “Up North” in beautiful northern Michigan at the Ocqueoc Outdoor Center, located just outside the small town of Onaway. The venue sits right next to Allison’s parents’ property and is surrounded by peaceful forests, fresh air, and plenty of natural beauty.— the perfect setting to celebrate with family and friends. Most of our guests will be traveling from Metro Detroit, so here’s a little guide to make your trip easy and enjoyable: 🚗 Getting There The drive from Metro Detroit to Ocqueoc takes about 4–5 hours, depending on traffic and your snack stops. We recommend taking 33 North for a scenic ride through Michigan’s lakes and forests. Once you get closer, you’ll be traveling on some dirt roads. Those will lead you to the event! If you’re flying, the closest airports are: • Pellston Regional Airport (PLN) – about 52 minutes away • Cherry Capital Airport (TVC, Traverse City) – about 2 hours away • Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) – about 4.5 hours away

(Official Wedding Room Block) PLEASE MAKE RESERVATIONS BY JULY 6th Our wedding room block is located at the UAW Black Lake Conference Center for August 7–9. This is where most guests will stay and it is a nice, convenient option nearby. How to Book: 📞 Call (989) 733-8521 When booking, please mention the Hill–LaFleur wedding to reserve from our group block. Room Options: • Standard rooms with double beds • Family Unit; double beds and a single bed Rooms are first come, first served, and availability is limited, so we recommend booking early if you plan to stay here. ✔️ One-night stays are available ✔️ Golf packages are available — please ask about options when making your reservation ⛳ ✔️ If you’re interested in extending your stay, you may ask about additional availability when booking, though extended stays are limited ✔️ An on-site campground is also available for guests who prefer camping (call for details) *Vehicle Policy (Please Read)* Please note the following vehicle policy at UAW Black Lake: No personal driving on Center grounds Guests are shuttled from the Reception Center or outside parking lot Only North American/Union-made vehicles are permitted on the property All other vehicles must park outside the Main Gate and will be shuttled inside **We recommend asking about the vehicle policy when calling to make your reservation.
