Where do I book my room?

Answer

On our travel tab of the website you will see a "view" button - that will direct you straight to the website. It may say a different number then the lowest price - you will see this price when you select dates. At the bottom select - room only - unless you want to book flight through them as well.

When booking your room, they do have an option for flights. You do not have to book through them. I have found best place to search for flights is through google flights

When should I come/ leave?

Answer

Our discounted rate begins September 14th and goes through September 27th 2021. We ask that everyone arrive by September 16th and stay as long as you'd like.

"cut off date" is June 15th, 2020 at 5pm local time.

How much are rooms?

Starting at $371 / night / couple ( this price include two people) can have up to 4 people in each room rates start at $691/night = $172.75/person THIS INCLUDES TAX

Can we book through Expedia?

Answer

We have bundled everything together through our wedding coordinator to have a "block" of rooms, which we are asked to fill. Their pricing should be at or lower than expedia. If you have special requests, please contact me personally.

All rooms booked through here are ALL inclusive. This includes: Breakfast, Lunch, DInner at any onsite restaurant Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages - served at any restaurant or bar Daily actives Access to ocean view fitness center 24 hour suite service All taxes and gratuities are included

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are encouraging this to be an adults only vacation. We do understand that some will need to bring their kids. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off, so please make accommodations for this night! I am sure the hotel is able to help, or we will come up with another idea

Do I have to do all-inclusive/ Can I stay at another resort?

Answer

I would highly recommend booking through our wedding website which will include your all-inclusive privilege. There are ways of booking non-inclusive rooms on your own but please be advised there will be a $120 fee per person that will need to be paid as well that the wedding venue requires for any non-inclusive guests. We have paid the fee for inclusive guests, unfortunately we will pass this fee to you. The same fee above will be charged to guests not staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset, Pacifico, Rose', Los Cabos.

What if I have to cancel?

We ask to let us know prior to 30 days, this is when we set final numbers. The 100% refund as long as you cancel 21 days in advance.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. However we do understand this is your vacation as well! So please let me know if you really have someone special you'd like to share this with.

Can I invite other family or Friends on this trip?

Answer

Of course! Like we said we want this to be a vacation for you as well. Unfortunately they are not able to book using our code at this time due to certain block outs we have. After June 15th we will have a better idea if we have rooms left over or can extend the discount to you. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.
