Ray and I love Costa Rica! If I didn't love my job so much we would live there. Here are some of our favorite things to do and try. We hope you all love Costa as much as we do!

Things To Do

Support Costa Rica's Eco-Tourism and leisurely hike through Manuel Antonio National Park, experiencing a mix of rainforest, beaches, and coral reefs. Trails are wheelchair friendly and you may see some sloths :)

Manuel Antonio National Park

Tours can be arranged right from Jaco. Tortuga Island is about an hour and a half boat ride away from the Nicoya Peninsula. Activities to do on Tortuga Island are: canopy hikes, snorkeling, and scuba diving. This is a great day trip option.

Tortuga Island Tour

Take a surfing lesson in Jaco. There are many different options for surfing lessons on the beach in Jaco. Most seem to be about $50 a person for two hours.

Full-day and/or half-day tour options. Not certified? Get scuba certified in Costa Rica in a few days if you have some extra time.

The Beer House

For those that zip lining isn’t enough, take a Canyoning tour in Jaco. Basically, outdoor rock climbing, but they take you up a waterfall :) Never done it, but it looks cool to me!🤷🏻‍♀️😂. Happy Climbing!
