How do I coordinate an airport shuttle?

Answer

Our wedding planner has created two groups so far for airport shuttles. To be added to these groups please fill out our travel info form. Here, you can input your flight information and it will send an email to our wedding planner's assistant. They will reach out to you to confirm. If you have any questions please send an email to: Concierge@amoreparaiso.com (Subject: Hillary and Ray's Wedding) Keep in mind Jaco is about an hour and a half away from the airport.

How do I book a room as part of your room block?

Answer

To stay at Villa Caletas Hotel, guests should email Mariana at:salesteam@villacaletas.com about room availability and wedding guest prices. If you are wanting to stay at Hotel y Club Punta Leona please email our wedding planner, Erika at:hello@amoreparaiso.com about room availability.

Are their group flight and room discounts?

Answer

No, our wedding planner and wedding venue do not have discounts on flights or stays outside of the wedding venue. The wedding venue provides a discount based on how many nights guests stay and how many guests participate in our room block. If you are staying in a different hotel or house, these are not discounted or count towards the room blocks we have created.

If I cannot make the wedding can I still watch online?

Answer

Yes, our videographer will be live streaming the ceremony along with our first dance and other corny wedding reception things.

Do I need a COVID Vaccination to travel to Costa Rica?

Answer

Costa Rica is no longer requiring travelers to be vaccinated. However, if guests are unvaccinated they will need to provide a negative test result taken the day before the flight. If you are vaccinated please be prepared to show your vaccination card.

How do I schedule excursions and tours while in Costa Rica?

Answer

Excursions, tours, and activities from the recommended brochure can be scheduled through our wedding planner, Erika. You can email: Concierge@amoreparaiso.com (subject Hillary and Ray's wedding) You are free to schedule and book whatever excursions you would like online. Do not feel like you need to schedule through our planner.
