DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PLAN

1st deposit: To hold your room, a deposit of $150 USD per room is required. 2nd deposit: 50% of the total room cost due by July 8, 2025. Final payment: The remaining balance is due before August 7, 2025. CANCELATIONS: Any room cancelation: From the time of booking to July 8th, 2025, deposits are refundable. From July 9th, 2025, to August 7, 2025, deposits are non-refundable. Resorts charge fees for reducing number of nights or guests. From August 8 , 2025, to Travel Date, room cancelations are non-refundable.

Shuttle Option

At the end of the room reservation process, you’ll see an option to add a shuttle. This is completely optional. We’ve also arranged a discounted shuttle option through Happy Shuttle Cancun, which can be booked separately. This price is roundtrip per shuttle, not per person. To receive the discounted rate, please use promo code WED1125HE at checkout. We recommend booking your shuttle after your flights are confirmed so you can coordinate with other guests.
