Best Man
'Good Guy' or 'Best Man?' Only time will tell if the brother of the groom lives up to the hype. Currently a father of two, husband to one, and optometrist to many. Zach (Dr. Zach to you) has always been someone Schuyler has looked up to, whether with advice on life or what music to listen to. Even if Zach let his friends pick on Schuyler as kids, he still included him and stuck up for him when it mattered. Schuyler is honored to have Zach by his side for this day and all days.
Co-Maid of Honor
Madi went to school with Hillary from 5th to 9th grade, when she ruthlessly moved to the big city (Tulsa). They have been through it all, including 7th grade when they hated each other bc classic middle school feelings, a brief foray into bullying that they don't talk about, surviving Madi's stranger danger tendencies, finding true love in McDonald's, and seeing Beyonce perform four times and counting. Madi is Hillary's go-to contact to talk through all life events and anxieties, and these calls are typically 3 hours minimum. Madi is endlessly interesting and somehow a seamless balance of caring sweetie and absolute baddie. Also, "Madi" is an anagram of "maid" so she's made for this and also there's a joke there.
Groomsman
A rapscallion if there ever was one. Tyler and Schuyler grew up as next door neighbors and did just about everything together growing up that they could. From cross country road trips, Louisville sporting events, and several different uses of fireworks that Schuyler still does not condone (how was Schuyler the only one that thought shooting fireworks at each other was a bad idea?). They even told each other that when they were older they'd live in the same mansion, or at least adjoining mansions. They may not have adjoining mansions (YET!), but Schuyler is honored to have Tyler by his side on this special day.
Jade of Honor
Jade and Hillary both come from a long line of Dewey, OK lineage. They went to school together from kindergarten through high school, and their friendship blossomed when they realized they were obsessed with all of the same things: basketball, pop music, Jim Carrey, Sooner football, etc. (This is still true, but the list has expanded to include beer and Schuyler). Jade is instantly likeable and nobody makes Hillary laugh more (them's fightin' words, Schuyler!!!!!) Heads up: you'll probably fall in love with her.

Is anybody actually reading these? Fine. I'll keep going. Andy Hart and Schuyler met taking improv classes in Chicago. Andy and his crew thought Schuyler would be a good addition and help them rise the ranks of Chicago improv - look how well that worked out! A friendship blossomed out of their improv group Squash Blossom, especially because Schuyler made Andy take him for midnight milkshakes after almost every show they saw together. Schuyler was in it for the free rides and milkshakes, but got a friend out of the deal. Not sure what Andy got. Anyway, Schuyler is happy Andy agreed to stand up there for free (sucker!).
Team Hill
Hillary has been blessed with a tremendous amount of close, life-affirming relationships, and her cousin Casey was the first; the best; the one who taught her how to be strong, brave, and really, really weird.

During Schuyler's senior year at Mizzou, Kyle's room at AEPi became his lounge. It's unclear if Kyle actually agreed to it, but he would come back from class and play Schuyler in whatever sports based video game was in season so it couldn't have been all bad. While Kyle was in law school at Tulane, he became a frequent face on Bourbon Street for Schuyler and Hillary's annual pilgrimage to New Orleans for the Crawfish Boil before eventually following him to Chicago. A dependable and loyal friend, Schuyler is honored to have Kyle with him.

Ryan and Hillary were placed in the same unbelievable (as in 'unable to be believed') "communications-themed" college dorm. On day two, both in over their heads, they locked terrified eyes, and it was love at first sight. They ate approximately 87% of their dinners together in college (the math is rough here -- both of them were film majors, something they questioned aloud hourly) and he helped her figure out how the world works. Ryan should've started charging Hillary billable therapy hours a long time ago, hope he doesn't figure that out. They famously saw the 2008 classic High School Musical 3: Senior Year, and, coincidentally, MovieGuide's review of the film also aptly describes Ryan: "fun, clean, and full of energy.... thin on plot, yet nevertheless a phenomenon." (Ryan's eyes will be drawn to the word 'thin' in that review, and he'll understand it's all a compliment of the highest order)

After meeting in high school, Kyle quickly became one of Schuyler's closest friends. From thinking they were haunted by a picture they found researching for a school project, to traveling around Louisville in Kyle's hand painted camouflage hatchback, to trying to concoct a new cocktail called Pooh Bear's Bear Trap (it's not drinkable, trust us) - they've been through a lot, finding the humor along the way. Schuyler couldn't be happier to have this nice lad with him on this big day.

Hillary vaguely knew of Ilana in college until a star-crossed house party where they approached each other and Hillary, emboldened by Natty Lites, said, "I really think we should be friends." They both pulled out their updated-to-the-minute GCals (IYKYK) and agreed to meet at Panera the following Thursday at 1pm. They continued to meet at Panera every Thursday until they graduated, often staying in Their Booth for hours, planning adventures over brocc ched soup. Probs ill-advised, but they both refused to take classes if they conflicted with Thursday at 1pm. Meanwhile, Schuyler was going to Panera every Friday with his family (@Panera will u sponsor our wedding plz???). Lan is the cleverest and the bubbliest -- who even needs champagne when ya got Lan?
Officiant
Nick has been there from the start, when he 'introduced' Hillary and Schuyler by randomly making them play for the opposing softball team when they didn't have enough players. He was Hillary's roommate in Chicago, braving a room right above a noisy bar, and making sure the apartment was fully stocked on snacks. He organized the yearly trip to the Wisconsin Dells, making sure the hotel room was fully stocked on snacks. Every step of the way Nick has been instrumental in key moments in their relationship and there is nobody better suited to tell their love story and make it official. Nick has gone from General Manager to Wedding Officiant. #gopinksox
