Weather permitting, both. Our plan is for the ceremony itself to be outdoors, cocktail hour will be a hybrid of indoor with an outdoor patio, and the dinner and reception will be indoors.
The welcome party will be a more laid-back event. As such, nice/dressy casual attire is welcome. We want folks to be comfortable, but please no shorts, t-shirts, etc. For the ceremony and reception, semi-formal/cocktail attire would be appreciated. It is a more rustic/woodsy setting, and part of the evening will be outdoors, so please keep this in mind for footwear and day-of weather.
While we love kids and recognize the challenges of coordinating childcare, this will primarily be an adult-only event. Please refer to your invitation for number of guests. (If you're traveling with your children and are potentially interested in getting a group sitter in the area, let Jordan or Ryan know and we'll do our best to help connect folks.)

The shuttle will be arriving at the Holiday Inn in Pittsfield promptly at 3:30pm. Please be ready to go and out front at this time, as the shuttle will wait for a few minutes, but is scheduled to leave by 3:40pm at the latest to head to the Ruins. The shuttle will make its return trip to the hotel at the end of the night, around 10:45pm. The shuttle will *not* being running continuously, so if you want to leave the venue you earlier than 10:45pm, you may need to arrange other travel.
Yes, there will be a fair amount of on-site parking, but not enough for everyone to drive separately. We are planning to arrange a shuttle from one of the hotels in Pittsfield that you can take. We'd also recommend, where possible, to carpool if you can. If you’re planning on driving, please nominate a designated driver.
