Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event will be more laid-back; nice, casual attire welcome (please no shorts, t-shirts, etc.)

Pizza, salad, beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages will be served. The taproom is a 5-minute walk from the Holiday Inn. Parking is supposed to be free downtown after 4pm on weekdays. Additionally, there is free covered parking in the McKay Street Parking Garage during that same timeframe, and there is an additional municipal parking lot on First Street.

Use of Shuttle

3:30 pm - 10:45 pm

Please be ready and out front of the Holiday Inn in Pittsfield promptly at 3:30pm -- the shuttle service will wait for a few minutes, but is scheduled to leave by 3:40pm at the latest. The shuttle will then leave the venue/return to the hotel in Pittsfield around 10:45pm. The shuttle will *not* be running continuously, so if you take the shuttle to the venue and want to leave for the night before 10:45pm, you may need to arrange other travel.
