Our intimate ceremony will take place on April 17, 2026 in Redwood National Forest. Our full celebration with family and friends will be held the following evening, April 18, 2026, at The Historic Eagle House in Eureka, CA.

Our ceremony is intentionally small and private, held deep in the redwoods with only immediate family. We warmly invite all guests to join us for the celebration on April 18th.

Doors open at 5:00 PM at The Historic Eagle House. We recommend arriving a little early to settle in, grab a drink, and enjoy the beautiful venue. The event will then end around 10:00 PM.

We’d love for everyone to dress in semi-formal attire. Think elevated, comfortable, and celebratory. Soft neutrals, earth tones, and textures inspired by the forest will look beautiful — but wear what makes you feel your best.

We recommend booking a room at: The Historic Eagle House 139 2nd St, Eureka, CA 95501 Please call the front desk and mention the Otto/Higdon Wedding to access our room block. We kindly ask guests to book by March 1st.

Yes—parking is available near the Eagle House and throughout Old Town Eureka. Everything is walkable once you’re in the area.
