We have decided to have a small and intimate ceremony, but would love to have you all gather afterwards to celebrate our love. Shuttle pick up times: 4:30 pm @ Irish Cottage 4:45 pm @ Wyndham You also have the option of driving yourself to the venue. Please arrive no earlier than 5:30 pm.
Cocktail Hour & Reception (All Guests)
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Although we have chosen to do a private ceremony, we would love for all of our friends to join us to celebrate! Cocktail hour: If driving yourself: Please arrive no earlier than 5:30 and no later than 6:15 Drinks: Woodshed Barn Snacks: Popcorn in the Country Store (you passed this on your left on your way in) Reception: Special dances and speeches to start with dancing, yard games, food, drinks, etc. to follow. Food truck: Rapped with Smoke BBQ (feel free to grab your dinner anytime after dances/speeches are over until 9:30pm)
SHUTTLE from Venue to Hotels
10:00 pm
This is the end of reception bus ride from the venue back to Wyndham and Irish Cottage. Bus pick up: 10:00pm Drop off location: Ramada by Wyndham parking lot & Irish Cottage parking lot
