When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is September 1. We need to turn in our final guest count to our vendors to help the day go as smoothly as possible. If you do not respond by this date, you will be removed from the guest list and there will not be a chair for you at the ceremony or reception. You will be missed!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, our events are limited to RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and on our RSVP site.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow. Please plan on arriving no later than 3:30 to allow time for parking and to find a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site. There will be a golf cart on site to provide assistance to the ceremony and reception location if needed.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors at the Southwest Fields. The reception will be indoors at the Event Center. If there is inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Event Center.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us. We are requesting semi-formal attire. We cant wait to get dressed up with you and dance the night away!

Dinner is on us, drinks are on you. If you want to consume, please bring a buck or two (or a credit card).
