The Wedding Website of Allison Hibbard and Nicholas Wahlers
Question

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding is located at the home of Patty and Paul Hudson in Bloomfield. They have graciously allowed us to use their beautiful property for both the ceremony and the reception! The address is 6525 US-20 (also called 5 and 20 if you’re a local :) ) There will be a beautiful brick home which will be private and off limits to guests, but we will have parking to the right of the house and a gorgeous ceremony and reception area set up in the back by the big red barn. There will be signs showing you the way :)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

yes! there is a field for parking to the right of the venue (look for a sign that says A❤️N wedding parking’) there will be signs showing you the way! THERE IS OVERFLOW PARKING AVAILABLE NEXT DOOR at Duvall farms! Try and park by the dumpster, there’s a trail leading towards the venue!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! The bride and groom (and their families) have graciously stocked the bar themselves, so although it’s free to drink there is a finite amount (but enough for everyone to have fun 😉) We will not be having a bar tender, we trust you to grab a beer or make a drink responsibly and respectfully while at our venue!! There will be beer, wine, seltzers and pre-made mixed drinks, enjoy!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Not unless specified on your invitation! If your name is the only one on the invite, you are the only one invited. Sorry! If you aren’t sure don’t hesitate to ask the bride and groom :)

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

The Bride and Groom are having the reception catered by one of their favorite restaurants, The Red Fern. Since they are both vegetarian, this will be a meatless dinner. But don't worry there are three really delicious options. If you really can't go all day without meat the appetizer/charcuterie served during the cocktail hour may have some meats and cheeses to tide you over :)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

nope! we love your kids but we want a child-free ceremony and reception. thanks for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a semi-formal outdoor event, while we would appreciate it if you dressed up just a little, we want you to be comfortable so you can party all night! Please keep the weather in mind and be aware that since it is entirely outdoors you will be walking (and dancing) on grass. If you plan on being with us all night feel free to bring comfy warm clothes and shoes to change into.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than august 14th It’s important we know how many people will be there so we have enough food (and drinks) for everyone!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

we are registered right here on Zola but please do not feel obligated to get us anything. We only request your presence not your presents. we appreciate you traveling out here to celebrate with us and in this economy that's all we could ask for!

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels and air bnb’s in the area! we recommend checking Victor, Canandaigua, or if you feel like driving a little further (and you wont be drinking) there are some lovely places to stay in Naples.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:00, so please allow yourself enough time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins.

For all the days along the way
