Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1, 2026 to allow us and our vendors time to plan accordingly.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we love the littles in our lives, this will be an adult only wedding.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! This is a Wisconsin wedding, after all. We will have an open bar until 9:00 pm, which includes beer, wine, seltzer, and an array of nonalcoholic cocktails. After 9:00 pm you are welcome to continue to imbibe on your own dollar.

Question

What kind of food will be at the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will have lots of delicious kinds of foods including vegan and gluten free options, as well as carnivore friendly foods. Dinner will be buffet style and will include a vegan and gluten free pasta option, as well as a cauliflower dish. There will also be a chicken dish, as well as a beef pasta option. We will also have an assortment of vegan and gluten free desserts, as well.

Question

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles provided to and from both hotels, to get both to and from the wedding venue. Schedules for the shuttles will be provided closer to the big day. Keep in mind that it’s possible to get an Uber or Lyft to the venue, but getting a ride back from the wedding venue is very unlikely.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are asking guests to please dress in formal or black-tie attire for our glamorous event.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue has elevators.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be indoors, however there is a beautiful outside space for you to enjoy during the reception.

Question

What will the weather be like in Madison?

Answer

The weather in the Madison can typically be unpredictable, especially in the months of April and May. Our wedding will be inside but you should plan accordingly, just in case.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Since our ceremony is at 4:00 pm, please arrive by 3:45 pm to get a good seat and get settled in.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, it will clearly state so by name or as “and Guest.” If no plus one is listed, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Due to venue capacity and our desire for an intimate celebration, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited. Thank you for understanding!
