Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1, 2026 to allow us and our vendors time to plan accordingly.

Question

Answer

While we love the littles in our lives, this will be an adult only wedding.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are asking guests to please dress in formal, Spring chic attire for our glamorous event. Think floral print gowns, suites, and bright colors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! This is a Wisconsin wedding, after all. We will have an open bar from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, which includes beer, wine, seltzer, and an array of nonalcoholic cocktails. After 8:30 pm you are welcome to continue to imbibe on your own dollar.

Question

What kind of food will be at the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will have both vegan, gluten-free, and carnivore, friendly options, including traditional Wisconsin Friday Night Fish Fry, slow roasted chicken, miso glazed tofu, and stuffed acorn squash. We will also have plenty of vegan and gluten-free cupcakes.

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue.

GrandStay Mount Horeb - The shuttle will pick up guests in front of the GrandStay hotel in Mount Horeb at 3:10 pm, 3:25 pm, and 3:40 pm to take guests to the wedding, and the shuttle will pick guests up at The Eloise to take them back to the GrandStay hotel in Mount Horeb at 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11:15 pm. This is also a great option to save on transportation after the wedding for anyone staying near the downtown area. *Keep in mind that it’s possible to get an Uber or Lyft to the venue, but getting a ride back from the wedding venue is very unlikely.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Our wedding will be indoors, however there is a beautiful outside space for you to enjoy during the reception.

Answer

The weather in the Madison can typically be unpredictable, especially in the months of April and May. Our wedding will be inside but you should plan accordingly, just in case.

Answer

Since our ceremony is at 4:00 pm, please arrive by 3:45 pm to get a good seat and get settled in.

Question

Can I bring a date?
