All attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare. We do recommend setting travel alerts to monitor fares.
Ground Transportation is included when booking accommodations through our travel coordinator. Booking can be completed by navigating to the travel page, select view under the Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica. You can rent a car, please know it is an hour and half drive to the resort from the Liberia airport.

We highly recommend attendees book accommodations (their stay) onsite at Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica, and can navigate to the travel page on the website to secure lodging. The resort is a little remote and there are not many places nearby.
No, your accommodations are for 3 Nights (Friday-Sunday). A deposit of $100 is due at the time of reservation and the remaining balance MUST be cleared by June 2022. Please note you can make as many payments as you need to bring your balance to $0

In short no, as of now there are no vaccine mandates. However, you are required to have a negative COVID-19 test, with no testing no longer than 72 hours prior to arrival. Those unvaccinated will also need to purchase Travel Insurance.
