There is an activity called the Sky Ride that is available this time of year. You take the ski lift to the top of the mountain and back down. The fall colors are remarkable this time of year, and at the top of the mountain you can see all of Flagstaff, and way out across Arizona. Views of the Grand Canyon can even be seen. Allow for at least 5 hours of time in order to drive there, do the Sky ride, and drive back. You can stop at a few places on your way up the mountain to hike as well.

For all the days along the way
