Sister of the bride. Hannah and Sarah go together like peanut butter and jelly. They enjoy shopping at Old Navy, watching Netflix, and taking road trips together. Whenever these two are together its common that random people mistake them for twins. Some of Hannah and Sarah's fondest memories with each other are from snowmobiling in northern Michigan or spending their summers at Vineyard Lake.
Tyler Faig
Honorary Best Man
Cousin of the groom. Due to travel restrictions, Nick (brother of the groom and best man) is unable to make it to the wedding. Tyler will be filling the role for Nick. Tyler and Joe have known each other their entire lives and grown up playing at their grandmas house and causing trouble. Now they they are all grown up, Tyler and Joe will be celebrating one more milestone together. We are excited to have Tyler to stand by our sides on this special day.
Lindsay Meier
Bridesmaid
Sister of the groom. Being the little sister to Joe and Nick, Lindsay really has to show her stuff. She loves convincing Joe and Hannah to go on adventures, such as hiking, sledding or shopping. Lindsay was a bit skeptical to share her favorite big brother with another girl at first, but she has warmed up to Hannah! Now Lindsay requests that Hannah braids her hair every time they're together.
Jake Maier
Groomsman
Friend of the groom. Jake is a rock climbing king. With many adventures, most involving food, Joe and Jake have been good buddies since their time at Cadillac High. These two have been called brothers many times and have even convinced that they are, despite the difference in spelling between their last names.
Maddie Ludtke
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride. Maddie and Hannah met through nursing school at LSSU. It wasn't until their senior year that these two really hit it off. Whether it was enjoying a drink at Bird's Eye, writing endless papers for Management, or suffering through a pandemic together, Maddie and Hannah have made it through a lot together. Hannah is very excited to have this fellow nurse standing by her side on this special day.
Michael Olthof Jr.
Groomsman
Friend of the groom and man of the brotherhood. Michael, referred to by most at LSSU as "Happy," is one stand up guy. He and Joe love showing off their grilling skills to each other, watching football, drinking beer, and talking all things firefighting. Both Joe and Happy have been a part of Bay Mills Volunteer Fire Department since their freshman year. And by the way, he makes really good stir-fry (maybe even better than Joe does). HA! no, he does not!
Bailey LeBeau
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride. Hannah and Bailey met through the Newman Center when Hannah was a freshman. Bailey has been a close friend and mentor ever since. Now that Bailey lives in the Soo, they enjoy wine nights and coffee dates. Bailey has also been a huge asset for making this whole wedding a success.
Trevor Alworden

A man of the brotherhood. Joe and Trevor can talk firefighting, paramedic, and firearms all day.
Martina Ticali
Bridesmaid
Italian exchange sister of the bride. Hannah and Martina met August of 2015. Since then they have found fun and laughter in anything that crosses their paths. Even being over 5,000 miles from each other can't stop them from supporting each other no matter what. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 the Ticali family will not be able to travel to the US and make it to the wedding. We are so heartbroken Martina will not be able to join us.
Nick Meier
Best Man
Brother of the groom. Specialist Nick Meier is currently serving in Alaska as part of an Airborne unit in the United States Army. Joe and Nick sharing military backgrounds makes for many phone conversations about MREs and other things that the rest of us civilians would make our heads spin. Other than this, these brothers have always enjoyed finding the next greatest thing to do like shooting bottle rockets at each other. Unfortunately due to travel restrictions in Alaska, Nick will not be able to travel to Michigan for the wedding. However, he will be with us in spirit!
