Question
Are my kids invited?
Answer
With limited space at the venue, we are unable to include all of our loved ones little ones. All guests whose names appear on the invitation are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. If you have questions about your child, please reach out! Kids are welcome to join us for welcome drinks Friday evening, but please be aware that the event does take place in a brewery!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests whose names appear on the invitation. If you were allotted a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invitation. If you believe we have unintentionally omitted someone, please let us know.

Am I allowed to take photos?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have a lovely team of photographers (shoutout Eddie and Nancy!) who are responsible for capturing every moment, and we will happily share those photos with those who request them (and probably those that don't, to be honest). After the ceremony has concluded, please take advantage of the beautiful California coastline and take as many pictures as you want!

What should I wear?
Answer
We request guests wear formal attire for the ceremony and reception events. Long or midi dresses and suits are preferred. If you have questions, feel free to text one of us!

Are any events outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, on a paved patio. The reception will be held on the second floor of an adjacent building, and there are elevators nearby for our guests who may need a lift. It's September in Southern California, so the temperature should be around 70 degrees and sunny!

What's the parking situation?
Answer
Hotel Maya will have self-park or valet options available, and parking is on us for the day of the ceremony. We will provide details closer to September, but let us know if you have questions in the meantime.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Answer
While we have not finalized food choices yet, we have confirmed with the venue that dietary restrictions will be considered when finalizing our menu. If you have specific concerns or allergies, let us know!

When should I fly in?
Answer
The wedding will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 5. We will be hosting guests at Trademark Brewery on Friday, September 4, from 6-9 p.m., and would love to see you there if you're able to come to town early. If you can't join us on Friday, save a dance for us during the reception!

Do you have gift preferences?

We also understand that travel is involved for many of our guests. Please do not feel obligated to purchase a gift, your presence is more than enough! For those interested in personalized gifts, please be aware that Megan has no plans to change her last name.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
Are you living in Megan's brain? She always worries about accidentally matching the wedding party - but it really doesn't matter, right? Like, who would really care if you accidentally match? Definitely not us, and probably not anyone we know! (They will be in sage green.)
