Question

When will formal invitations be sent out?

Answer

You will receive a formal invitation with RSVP information approximately 2 months prior to the wedding. We have sent out Save the Dates to help with planning ahead for travel or other arrangements needed.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP responses must be returned at the latest by: Saturday, May 2, 2026

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I mail back my response?

Answer

RSVP responses will be done online via the website in the invitation. We are doing online RSVPs only due to inconsistent mail delivery at our house. To respond online, click the RSVP tab and follow the directions there. Please contact Christina or Steve with any questions about how to RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a plus one and/or my children?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone's children, to keep the wedding small we need to limit the children to immediate family and children of the wedding party. Your invitation will state who is invited, if you are unsure please reach out to us. If your invitation states a guest and/or family, then the invitation has been extended to your children as well.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Dress in your comfortable cocktail attire to be ready to dance and have a great time! No jeans please, if the bride can't wear them neither can the guests.

Question

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location: Molly's Airbnb 1194 N End Rd W North Hero, VT 055474

Question

Is there onsite parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is grass parking available onsite. Carpooling is encouraged.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors by the lake. The reception will take place under a tent with a dance floor.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

If weather does not cooperate, then we will move the ceremony to under the tent. The wedding will happen rain or shine! We won't let a little rain ruin our day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm at the latest. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, guests arriving late can join after the ceremony at the cocktail hour.

Question

Where should I sit at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ceremony: Choose a seat! Assigned seats aren't our style, so choose a seat on either side of the aisle. Reception: Please refer to the chart to see what table you will be sitting at. Once you locate your table number, you can sit anywhere you'd like at that table. When the meal is over, we'll be up and dancing and feel free to socialize anywhere you'd like!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

At the beginning of the ceremony, our officiant will provide a photo opportunity for guests. Then guests will be asked to silence their phones and/or cameras and put them completely away. We have hired a photographer and do not want to have his view blocked by cell phones or cameras. During the reception, please take as many photos as you'd like and share them with us using the QR code. We look forward to seeing all the great moments!

Question

Is it okay to post wedding photos to social media?

Answer

Yes, it is okay to post photos to social media. During the ceremony we do ask that all guests have their phones turned to silent and no photos. We have hired a photographer to take photos and do not want him to have to navigate phones and/or cameras blocking his view.

Question

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail "hour" immediately following the ceremony, with beverages and appetizers, while the bride and groom do some photos with their wedding party and families. The bride, groom, wedding party, and families will join the cocktail hour as soon as photos are finished.
