Modern Travelworks & Destination Weddings is the travel agency booking and managing our guests’ vacations for our wedding. The deposit to secure your room is $100 per person. Travel insurance is also available to purchase and will be provided from the travel team. Please contact and place your deposit no later than MARCH 5th, 2025 to hold your room reservation. Only a certain number of rooms will be available under the room block prices, so it is highly encouraged to reserve rooms by paying the deposits sooner rather than later. Check your passport expiration dates as soon as possible, and remember passports issued to children under 16 are only valid for only five years && if you are age 16 or older, your passport is valid for 10 years. ***In general, your passport must be valid for at least six months AFTER the date you enter a foreign country!! Full names on the room and flight reservations MUST appear exactly as they do on passport.
